Purpose of the role:
- Lead and manage a team of professional tradesmen to deliver Great Customer Service
- Model excellence in Great Customer Service when working in the field
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- S/NVQ3 or City & Guilds (advanced craft) qualification in plumbing
- Competent in the safe operation of all necessary plant and equipment
- Current full manual driving licence valid for use within the UK
- Knowledge of the range of products and services
- Computer literacy in order to operate customer related information systems
- Understand the Company complaints escalation and resolution process
- Aware of the commercial aims and objectives of the Company
- Commercial Know-How: Managing for value, Understanding our Customers
Essential Skills:
- Supervision of remote team
- Ability to combine supervisory and direct labour roles
- Ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly
- Problem solving to diagnose the defect
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Confidence and creditability with effective customer relationship and communication skills
- Product promotion and selling skills
- Numerical skills to calculate customer bills
