- Carrying out all types of drainage work
- Reactive unblocks, pre-planned maintenance & servicing
- Working on both commercial and domestic properties
- Using PDA to organise workload and update jobs
- Adhering to a high level of customer service and company standards
- Ensuring all jobs are completed in line with H&S policy and guidelines

What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years drainage experience
- High Pressure Jet Washing experience
- Experience in reactive maintenance
- You must hold a valid in date driving license with no more than 6 points
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be confident and have good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team effectively

Role Responsibility
- Ensure a high standard of health & safety is met.
- Clearing and servicing all drainage systems using manual & mechanical methods.
- Carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems.
- Achieving weekly revenue targets set out by the company.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest possible standard and in line with KPI’s.
- Attending any necessary team meetings and participation in toolbox talks.
- Ensure paperwork and administration is clear, concise and on time.
- Have a flexible attitude to working hours.
- Maintenance and upkeep of your company vehicle and equipment.
- Consistently provides excellent service.
- Manages customer expectations and takes responsibility to enhance service excellence.
- Always provides a solution to the customers problem.
