Drainage Engineer- Milton Keynes – Realistic Earnings of £45,000 p/a

Starting basic £24,382.80+ Commission + Bonus -  OTE £45k

Here at Dyno, we are looking for Qualified Reactive Drainage Engineers  to come and join our team working in the Bedfordshire area. If you are an experienced Drainage Engineer looking for a change then we want to hear from you!

The Role:

  • Carrying out all types of drainage work
  • Reactive unblocks,  pre-planned maintenance & servicing
  • Working on both commercial and domestic properties
  • Using PDA to organise workload and update jobs
  • Adhering to a high level of customer service and company standards
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed in line with H&S policy and guidelines

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years drainage experience
  • High Pressure Jet Washing experience
  • Experience in reactive maintenance
  • You must hold a valid in date driving license with no more than 6 points
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • Must be confident and have good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team effectively

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure a high standard of health & safety is met.
  • Clearing and servicing all drainage systems using manual & mechanical methods.
  • Carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems.
  • Achieving weekly revenue targets set out by the company.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest possible standard and in line with KPI’s.
  • Attending any necessary team meetings and participation in toolbox talks.
  • Ensure paperwork and administration is clear, concise and on time.
  • Have a flexible attitude to working hours.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of your company vehicle and equipment.
  • Consistently provides excellent service.
  • Manages customer expectations and takes responsibility to enhance service excellence.
  • Always provides a solution to the customers problem.
  • Provides honest, best advice demonstrating value to the customer.
  • Always takes care of customers and client’s property & possessions.
  • Seeks assistance from team members when needed and assists others when in need themselves.
